You are correct. It would have been nice for the thread starter called Winston to have posted that this case had been resolved when it was in March 2015.
Anyway, I am glad to see that the case was found in favour of the trader.
Having an ABN and ACN only means that it is a company registered in Australia. It means nothing else.
All Australian companies have an ABN and ACN. It says nothing about whether the company is trustworthy.
Let's get this right. The banks made possibly 50 Billion and get slapped with 3.34 Billion in fines. Crime pays and it will never stop because the profits made are worth the risk of paying a smaller fine.
FXDD used to be a very good forex broker. All this changed when the NFA and CFTC started to come up with all these restrictive regulations a few years ago.
What happened next in my view is that FXDD was squeezed by these regulations and the need for high capital requirements. So they decided...
It's a well known delaying tactic that this broker has been using for years now. You open an account, they don't bother about checking your ID
but request it by DHL at their leisure but at your expense when you want to withdraw. They investigate profits and don't have any problems with

Seen all this before with many cases here at FPA and it rarely has a happy ending. Some people receive their money which gives hope to others that their funds are on its way, some receive part of their money and others nothing at all. In other words, the broker doesn't have enough money to pay...
Wow. You say that you are not a representative or employee of LiteForex and you suddenly appear only on LiteForex problem threads.
And you are a satisfied client of Liteforex. What a coincidence.
