I have tried to email and text with LiveFXTrader.com in the last couple of days to keep trying to get this sorted out respectfully, however I have had no reply from them.

I checked my in box and put both of the suggested in the account number however the invite now button still will not show up.

I have filled out the form as best I can however I have never been given a account number or a receipt with one on it. The invite now button dose not show up
