Sounds like they are giving you the run around big time, keep fighting, and applying pressure on them, and email them this thread too. Post it all over their social camps, and see if they admit their fault here. They definitely got your money, and just want to keep it!

UFX is 100% a Scam Operation. Stay far away from them, and tell your friends the same! Personally, I only fully 100% trust my own bank with trading and they have never done me wrong. After manipulating your account, and sabotaging it, why is there still a doubt in your mind they are reputable...
