This looks like a website setup for scamming, its just over a year old. Many bad reviews on the internet for this company. Take screen shots of their website, all communication with them, all trades, etc. Then let us know what country you are from so we can advise where to start reporting...

Metaquotes, owner of MT, is a Russian owned company, based in Cyprus which is a country known to have high rates of corruption. There is no formal contact number, customer help line, report fraud to us number for end users of MetaTrader therefore they are not interested in stopping the scams...

You don't need to post the answer here but you should verify she is at the company she says she is, that it exists, etc. She most likely has a Linked In Profile, you can look up the business details of the company, etc. Anyone can get a VOIP number and it takes five minutes to do so however...
