I thought the slippage was placed when the trade was opened and ignored when the trade was closed ?

I have noticed the total of 4 trades in a basket does not tally with the increase in balance at close. There may be a simple answer as to why. Is there additional slippage not recorded on the account history ??? Comments appreciated.
