Delayed execution is a manipulative trick. This issue of yours has been reported in several posts. Just fix it.

I understand these manipulation issues affected your trading results. But saying that these caused you to lose $44000 is not really reasonable. So because of delayed execution (1.2 seconds), you lost $44000?

Yeah. They should say something about the matter. I'm a potential client but their act gives me a feeling that they only solve the matter when the client posts thread here. This feeling is not really positive.
