privatefx.com is scam and HYIP. It is former FX trend. They had not existed over-profitable traders. They have its forum mmgp.ru and they ban everybody and everything bad about privatefx. So be carefull. it is one more scam from mmgp with its scam projects.

I would be aware of fxopen as well, the like to wide spreads NOT during news up to 50.0 pips and took your SL and take spread back to normal.

ICMarkets is best broker i knew. Greatest quotes and quick fillings. Over last time they often have problems. It is just technical problems and nobody perfect. They refunded me my lost on SNB issue which was fair.
