Today it is 14/2 and still waiting for my money. I have not stopped trading with octafx.. but it's serious problem for me.. today again placed a request for 100$. and asked their customer service about my last withdrawal. this is what they say Chat started on 14 Feb 2022, 06:17 PM (GMT+0)...

It happens locally by their service provider.. no wire transfer

already checked with the bank.. its fault with their service provider. i have asked them to show the proof that they have sent to my bank. but they are unable to do so
