HOW do I access the LTTM course I bought in 2007??

Need a little help..

I purchased the e-book (Learn-to Trade-Markets) on Jul 8, 2007, and I understood I would have access to it for life.. I have not tried to access it for some time, BUT when I try to log in with the username and password I received in an email, I get the following message:

“This username has been disabled.
To gain access to this eBook, please contact:

Name: Karl Richards
Email: techsupport@learn-to-trade-markets.com
Website: www.learn-to-trade-markets.com”

I have had no response in 2 attempts to contact Karl Richards at the email address identified above.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET MY COPY RE-ACTIVATED.. OR
how to get in touch with Karl Richards ??

I’m interested in knowing why this has occurred, since this is a product that I paid for.
