I am applying for an account with them, but the question they get back to me sounds weird and I can't follow the logic here.
I stated in my application that I was born in Country A and I am a citizen of country B
Now they come back to me and says they find a match in a global database (I have no idea what it is) that they couldn't eliminate, and ask me to provide a non criminal record in country A, which I no longer live in for 10 YEARS.
This happens after they video varified my ID, and took picture of my passport page, it makes me wonder do they even read details of my application?

First off, it's not my intention to promote Duksacopy.....not now anywhere ......but I would like to highlight my experiences there as one of their site members.

In actual fact, I was already a Dukascopy community member since 2011 but was not an active one until a couple weeks ago.
I have always wanted to use Dukascopy as my trusted broker, but the main & very simple reason I didn't have a live account with them is that I was just so used to MT4 and "too lazy" to learn how to use another type of trading platform. But, after having tried and used over 10 different brokers over the 4 years of my forex journey, I thought it's time I try Dukascopy and so I finally decided to learn their jForex trading platform by-hook-or-by-crook.

On the first day of my site visit, I was inundated with various daily/weekly/monthly/yearly competition & contest on offer and....hehehe....even poker games and...of all things....a Ms Dukascopy contest where members vote for their favorite girl(s) .
I participated in their weekly "Technical analysis" contest and.....hehehe....shockingly (to me, anywhere) came in 3rd place (I thought 4th place, but in an email they said 3rd place) with a usd350 price which go towards a live account for me to use for trading and, after their T&C have been fulfilled, the money will be all mine

Anywhere, to cut a long story short, I am being kept pretty occupied & entertained at Dukascopy site

RahmanSL, Man of Mt. Kinabalu, do you still stand by your view that Dukascopy is still your trusted broker? i'm on this journey to shortlist my 'next' broker - warts, shortcomings and all.
