I began trading with Funding Talent the end June. I mostly chose them over FTMO as I could pay with crypto which at the time and I had more of it liquid than actual cash, the fact there was no minimum trading days was a bonus as well. Excited as most, the hope to prove my worth, trade with more capital than I had personally to help better my life while at the same time helping a company gain profits too. After the trading challenge was completed, I was in contact with Funding Talent throughout my entire trading time, I even emailed them several times to ensure my trades were indeed being copied to their live account to ensure I would get paid out as contractually promised. The only reason I maintained contact was because someone on Twitter was messaging me telling me to watchout they won't pay me out if it reached a certain amount and they aren't truly copying my trades. I disagreed, FundingTalent had to be a great company, they will for sure pay me out! So from the response of my emails; repeatedly, they've confirmed with me everything is fine, my trades are indeed being copied, and thanks for checking in. However, at one point I'm assuming my account must of took notice as all of sudden they "had an issue with their server", there was a delay with their server, and many were taking advtange of arbitrage. In immediate disconcern, I emailed them hoping they weren't talking about me as many of my trades were done over a period of time, not split second trades, and the methods of my trades were put together through analyzing months and months of charts throughout the past year. Well, sure enough they reset my account. At this point, I emailed them trying to fight the fact they reset my account hoping I could walk someone through my strategy through a screen share. Shortly after the CEO of the company began attacking me on Twitter; Which by the way, I have video proof backing up/debunking all the slanderous comments they have put out there about me. No response from my email... Crickets for a week....

At this point I proceeded to pursue legal counsel. A week and half ago, my legal counsel sent them notice, and the day after that notice was sent I received a threatening email accusing me of emailing authorities & "blackmailing them". Furthermore, the CEO insists that they are not responsible for paying anyone for anything, they might consider to offer me a "small compensation" after all social media posts are removed, trustpilot reviews are removed, and I am to email regulatory bodies cc'ing the CEO of the company that nothing is going on. Mind you, I never emailed regulatory authorities, nor threat the matter before this email; somehow I was confused with another trader they must of upset greatly. Interpret those request for what you may. To this date, they have not responded to the law firm that has been assisting in this matter; just the threatening emails to me personally. Needless to say, I do not recommend FundingTalent, I believe they are contractually obligated to pay me out the total sum of $212,901.00 which is 80% of $266,126.26.

Also, please take note that all of the 5 star reviews on TrustPilot's website are people that FundingTalent invited. Not saying they're fake or real, but something to consider. Some even have the appearance of bots, but that's up for others to look at. Last Wednesday, apparently Funding Talent leaked my email to one of their affiliates (goes by the name Jeff Hiscock) to start attacking me saying they are going to start leaving bad reviews on our company website, calling our company repeatedly, attempting to destroy me and the company I'm at, and filing false reports with the police.. The leak was denied.

Furthermore, from digging into to details of the email that was sent and the email that Jessica the CEO of Funding Talent, both were from the same geographic region (Nova Scotia). Coincidence? When I confronted Jessica with this via email, she refused to respond to anymore emails. It would seem I might of caused a PR nightmare for them, as right before that they were about to deny several other payouts (including another one for a similar amount), and they have since settled for much smaller amounts with many of these other traders to ensure they do not let the bad publicity get out there. What's worse than that, it seems majority of the people that join Funding Talent are content with the fact they scam out people for playing by their rules as long as they get smaller sums. They think its impossible to make 266% profit within 9 days, which I know for fact that that is not an outrageous amount. Sometimes a trader happens to have one hell of a streak.

Funding Talent claims they offer Funding & Capital to traders so they have a chance to better trade. However, when all their money is only made off of people failing the challenges they have essentially classified themselves as a Casino. Furthermore, when they can not pay out traders that actually do exceptionally well they are a Casino that does not pay out to the Jackpots. Jessica claims that a terms of service is agreed to where they don't have to pay anyone anything, and they can do that for any reasons. If that's the case, why would anyone risk playing their Forex Casino? Lose, ok.. We keep your money. Do mediocre, ok we will pay you out. Your an awesome trade, ok.. There must be a reason, we will find an excuse why we can't pay you.

And to be clear, there are many many others they have shorted. I am just the loudest one, and the one that hasn't been silenced. And that's all because this is about principle of them openly attacking me on twitter, defaming me, and more. I speak no slander, I do not defame, I speak only the truth. If they would of admitted to the world I did not take advantage of anything, and I was trading appropriately I might of been quiet, and I might of accepted a "small compensation", but not when they spread lies to their entire prop firm community.

Can we have a website address, please?

Unsure, I've found the person has a profile on babypips as well (jeffreyh249). Only person he's ever spoken up online was in May on babypips's website, and just recently in Funding Talent's discord server to defend funding talent against other people talking in their discord server. Other than that, I know the person is from Nova Scotia as well just like Funding Talent's crew. I can't say whether the person is real or not, I can only state the coincidental facts that make it appear like they are very closely associated with Funding Talent.

Indeed, if I remember correctly, the terms and conditions that you signed state in essence that they can do whatever they like and you should be grateful for it. That's one reason I stayed well away from them upon reading, once upon a time, but this wasn't the only reason.

Firm in my belief that no contract can be above the law, furthermore:
1. Any part of this Contract/Agreement may be held invalid or unenforceable in a Court of law or a Court of International Arbitration.
2. The execution of this Agreement of terms and conditions can in many ways result in violation of any competent Court or administrative body orders or Laws that are binding and effective in regard to you, the Client and the Company.
3. You should also find which Court and Governing Law has the right of jurisdiction that will determine any procedural actions with respect to this Agreement of terms and conditions and any violations or omissions or attempts to defraud from the part of the company.
I believe that you should definitely escalate your matter to that Court, upon further communication with the legal firm that handles your case or other.

Before all that though, if you would like to invite the company to this very thread so we could read their side of the story, please provide all information requested by the senior members of this forum.

Thanks for bringing this to the community's attention!
