10+ weeks waiting for bank transfer

I have made a bank transfer to LQDFX broker's bank on the 7th June,2018 for the sum of 1150 EUR.
After 2 weeks I began to message the live support where they said that they have not seen any funds come in yet.
At the 1 month mark they requested a "trace document" from my Bank and my bank told me that they would not be able to issue this document, but they will try to contact the bank which the funds were send to.
LQDFX did confirm all the info and address was correct on the transfer document.
2 months and news from them, my bank got no reply, LQD says they have gotten no info.
9th August 2018 they contacted me stating that the funds were being sent back to my bank account.
I proceeded to call this week(marking 10 weeks since I sent out funds) and they said that they know nothing of any funds going back into my account and would look in the matter.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

Latest Update: They called 09th August to say that I should expect funds back to my local bank very soon.
I called them 19th and they said they would have emailed me an update as to how it wasnt reached yet.
21st Received an email (which is attached) stating that their bank still has not received funds yet.
All Documents were accurate (as to where funds have been sent) , my bank has confirmed funds were sent,LQDFX confirmed that the information on the wire document was accurate.
My bank attempted to get in contact with their bank and it was apparently a failed attempt.

Update : They told me to recall the wire.
My bank says that the wire was indeed received to address sent and in order for a recall , they would need a response from LQDFX Bank first. They have been trying for 11 weeks now and didnt get a response,so what is my money just gone for good?
I am honestly frustrated dealing with this.
I informed them of this report and there has been no response yet.
 
Sounds like they are giving you the run around big time, keep fighting, and applying pressure on them, and email them this thread too. Post it all over their social camps, and see if they admit their fault here. They definitely got your money, and just want to keep it!
 
Update : They told me to recall the wire.

Dear Xavier,

We are well aware of your case and we have been in contact with you as to assist you in the best way we can to help you track your funds that were supposed to be wired to us.

You have provided us with documents as Swift copies which we have forwarded to our bank to check if they have received your funds, and they have replied that the wire has not been received. We have then asked you to request from your bank a trace document which would help tracking your funds. However, they could not provide you with the relevant document, which we find very unusual, and instead they informed you they have emailed our bank regarding the issue.We have contacted our bank again for updates and they have informed us that they never received any email or “text message” (as you have said on the phone it was) from your bank regarding your wire.

Following our bank’s instructions, we have advised you to ask for a recall of the funds which is the most common thing that a client can do when the wire they initiate is delayed. The most possible scenario is that the wire is blocked in an Intermediary bank which we are unable to know about, and the only one able to find this is your own bank.Furthermore, we have an observation to make. On the document you have provided us as a Swift copy, it says on the title, that it’s a “Request for a Telegraphic transfer”, so this is not an actual Swift Copy that confirms that the wire was indeed sent to us.

We strongly believe that we have done everything possible as to better assist you with the information you have been providing us with, however you need to understand that the wire was sent by your bank and they are obligated to provide you all the information you need as to track your funds.
