10Markets.com delaying withdrawal of 15100.94 GBP from 20/12/2016

Hello everyone.
I'm having an issue with my withdrawal from 20/12/2016.
So far I have received 250 GBP only.
10Markets are refusing to pay remaining balance of 15100.94 GBP on my account.

After contacting 10Markets on Live Chat I have been told that my account is under investigation.
When I asked why I was not informed about any delays or how long will it take and whom shall I contact
regarding the matter no straight answers were given and the chat was ended by 10Markets. Furthermore
the chat function disappeared completely. Tried to logon to my account and received an error message
although prior to our conversation it was ok. To my surprise on my other device the chat was working
just fine. So I tried to contact 10Markets again, but they ended and disabled the chat one more time.
In my last email I asked 10Markets to settle my account within next seven days by 13th of January 2017
(Ticket #VEWQ1). No response from the company.

Contacted 10Markets via Live Chat asking for an update on my account. They told me that my account is still under investigation for fraudulent activity suspicion. So 2.5 months was not enough to sort it out. If people are loosing money- it's ok. If people are winning- they call it fraudulent. So it's a win win for 10Markets no matter what.
Furthermore as listed on https://10markets.com/risk-disclosure-disclaimer/ 10Markets is owned and operated by Whitestone I.P. Europe Ltd, 1a Arcade House, Temple Fortune, London NW11 7TL..
Unfortunately the company is pending a compulsary strike off

On one of the forms 10Markets displays London address 16 Upper Woburn Place, London, WC1H 0BS.
Building receptionist advised that neither 10Markets nor Whitestone Securities Limited, Vanuatu FSC License No. 14692 have never had premises there and they have had quite a few enquiries recently.
Also tried to contact Whitestone I.P. Europe Ltd at 1a Arcade House, Temple Fortune, London NW11 7TL which is the currently displayed address on their homepage under https://10markets.com/risk-disclosure-disclaimer/
No one knows these companies at the above address.

Original deposit of 250 GBP has been returned.
Sent multiple emails requesting Withdrawal of remaining 15100.94 GBP from 20/12/2016.
Received one reply only.

10Markets is owned by Whitestone Group Limited registered in Anguilla.

Hi everyone , I joined 10markets last June and what I have experienced is truly bad , this company is about deposit deposit deposit , I have an ongoing account as a preferred customer , it means nothing at all , no signals , no assistance apart from deposit deposit deposit , there are two people that I have had the unfortunate acquaintance that are very selfish centred towards their own priorities , correct me if i am wrong but it is the client that makes them their commissions , without clients they are nothing yet they treat clients as nothing , i have had three withdrawals and let me say they were hard fought to get these withdrawals , i am at cross roads with trades open in negative and if these trades were level and withdrawn i would be losing short of 10 thousand pounds , these faceless traders are cowards, my previous life allowed me to deal with cowards , how id like a face to face , i will give specifics soon once I know i am in conflict .

Why you didn't check the FPA before you made deposit?

And it will be good if you can open a new thread in scam folder.
