10Trading is a Binary, Forex, Crypto and CFD Broker who should be investigated and exposed for their practice of requiring a deposit before they can process your withdrawal and refund due to their own failures and negligence.
They should be listed as a scam so as many traders as possible can be warned. I have everything in writing to back me up.
My experience:
They contacted me promising 5 VIP signals a week on a minimum investment of $750. I invested $1300 in total. They advised that they are in the process of becoming a regulated broker but it takes 5 years to do so.
I received 3 signals over a couple of months from my 1st account manager Howard Scot which I admit all profited.
They took one month to verify me and no contact from Howard.
When I submitted a withdrawal he said I allowed the account to go dormant by not depositing more money so I must deposit $1000 to withdraw $1,775 with no explanation as to why.
Bear in mind Howard sat with my documents for weeks and did not contact me with the promised signals to keep my account active.
Chelsea Hamilton then contacted me apologising and promised me high profits, service and the 5 VIP signals. She was very persistent and cancelled the withdrawal.
Her first signal profited and she requested more money to achieve greater profits.
Her 2nd Binary telephonic signal session increased my balance to over $6,000. I was ecstatic.
Her 3rd session was a disaster clearing my account. She applied no risk management.
She made me log in and log out several times saying positions did not open and used this as an excuse to make the loss my fault and which I now I believe was to make me deposit more to recover the losses her signals caused.
I have proof that this was done because every time I logged out I had to reset my password and I received the email with the reset password so my Internet was fine.
She however said the positions that did not open was not my fault and would approach management.
A man called Tony contacted me blaming my network and laptop for not opening positions yet the positions based on Chelsea's signals cleaned my account.
Tony said I'll be refunded my $1,300 investment but I must deposit another $1,300 & will be refunded just under $2,600 again with NO explanation.
Tony is rude and a scam artist who also gave me a choice to deposit $6,000 so he can double it in a week.
Please don't get caught by their lies.
