You can not withraw your money for refund. Infect there's no withdrawal option untill you ritch a certain amount with which is not possible to withdraw unless you deposit again. All they want is money out of victims.

First of all, dont put any money in.
I've noticed that they using @gmail.com this is the first red flag that should concern you.
Secondly, this is not a legitimate request and it is not legal. I suggest you to take whatever you have, and run.
