The ad claimed that a Mark Trenton developed the EA. When contacted about information showing that it was a free EA stolen without being attributed to the author, the story changed to say that the EA code was purchased from a 3rd party programmer. They then issued an "update" that was a completely different EA. The new one used a martingale strategy.

BeatsForex.com (aka BeatForex)
This company spent more than a year of spamming the FPA's forums and ignoring warnings to stop. When their own products didn't sell, they turned to spamming ads selling pirated forex software.

Panamoney.net
Panamoney is another in the long line of Forex HYIPS. Like all HYIPS, it eventually folded and took all the cash with it. This one had been around longer than most, so there were more victims, more money, and more clues to who was behind it. The FPA wishes those who invested the best of luck tracking these scammers down.

This company kept coming up with new excuses and demanding that a purchaser make more and more tests of the EA before getting a refund. The customer met each and every requirement, but still didn't get the promised refund.

4SqA.com (Danny Wall)
Danny Wall has a new guaranteed money pool every week or so. He claims to be the world's greatest forex trader, but seems much better at getting and keeping money than he is at making profits for clients. He's reported to have claimed that the only reason the FPA hasn't been sued out of existence is because it's offshore. He's wrong. The FPA is headquartered in Los Angeles. Even with this information, Danny Wall won't sue. If he took the FPA to court, he'd have to answer to those he owes money to.

1Clickpips and 1Clickpipsxtreme

Surley this one should be in here as well, Jeffrey Montel and his crew selling an EA which is supposed to make $160,000 from a $1,000 deposit in just one month. You buy it and it takes out bad trades quickly but the the good trades are not taken as profit but then go to loss and get taken out as a bad trade. The 1 clickpipsxtreme doesn't even work on a 5 digit system!!(There isn't even any 4 digit systems left. When you try and get support you are not answered at all and when you try to claim your money back you are told that you haven't had the system working long enough. Pitiful excuse really. Well i guess i will have to choose the second in line as non-broker forex scam of the year as in my mind nothing could ever beat Henry Lie currency strength robot going against the trend with 6 trades on all with over a 500pips SL and all hitting that massive SL Hmmmmm could there actually be a worse robot or a bigger SCAM in this case
O but then wait there's more in fact i will have to choose the third in line for non-broker forex scam of the year as there is a program still running as we speak its a no brainer 10kto1mm in as little as 1yr so called GURU Henry Lie removes SL all together only to get a margin call and lose 80% of starting balance in 8mths so not only has his clients lost 80% in 8mth but this guy actually charges you to loose your money so if you add it all up you would have lost 100% of your money in 8mths

HMMMMM now which one on the list should i choose

I like Danny Wall more than the others because:

1) he s a human scammer an not just a robot

2) I think he worked very hard during all of last year on his scamming business making regular videos and starting new investors groups almost on a monthly basis always with the most unbelievable promises.

3) He keeps working hard even when he s changing address and running away: he even makes videos from hotel rooms.

For those reasons, I think he deserves recognition for all his accomplishments.

Danny is a professional con man it is a wonder he has been able to operate for so long, when I'm sitting on the beach in Kauai trading full time for a living, the jailing of Danny Wall will be one of my top priorities, nobody just outright steals my $1000
