I've opened an account with 24options with $400 initially, then I received a call from an account manager who stalked me to deposit more money and convinced me that GBPUSD will move 2400 pips down and if I open 100lots with $100000 I can make more than million in very short time. I've informed him that I'm totally new, he said don't worry he has several years of experience in forex and will help/guide me step-by-step to increase my account. He advise me to open 50 lots with $50000 in account and pressurized me every day by calling 4-5 times to deposit more to open more trades as he mentioned repeatedly that Its shame for me to miss this one time opportunity (GBPUSD movement) and I have the smallest investment for the event of brexit Artical 50 release. When I deposited another $50K, he asked me to close all current trades and open 100 lots with 200% leverage. When there were margin calls, he advised me not to close the trade and made me lose my money and I'm in deep depression with credit card overused. As he was aware that I'm new to this, he took advantage of my lack of knowledge and advise me to risk all my money in one trade. From day one he was setting me up to loose money.
Now they are asking me to either borrow $40,000 or sell my house to recover lost money.

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.

As FxMaster mentioned Chargeback , very first action !

What’s your country of residence ? ….so far occasionally CySEC Ombudsman had achieved some positive outcome, however CySec rulings remain a mystery, not to long ago its CIF’s had worldwide
authorization’s , but lately limited to EU country’s only, which might affect its Ombudsman duty’s ? :rolleyes:

Guess ,no comment needed about 24 options, basically a virtual binary option gaming shop, lately been authorized as well FX and CFD’s, pretty soon the industry will sell Life Insurances, if not already. :eek:

Is Roy Hayon the owner of 24Option/Betamedia?
I've already filed complaints to these authorities?
Don't know how to file complaint with Israel Police. I'm filing chargeback as they have failed to negotiate agreement.
Can you please advise on chargeback as well?

They sent me an agreement to sign which stops me from taking action and ask me to confirm that I have received intended service (which is totally wrong). Here is what they want me to sign:
" Subject to the above and in the event where the Trader provides all the necessary documentation but the Company fails to reimburse the Trader with the agreed amount within the specified time frame, then the current Agreement shall be considered as null and void and the Trader shall maintain full rights before the Cyprus Courts under the Cyprus Law and/or maintain the inquiry with the CySEC and/or submit the inquiry to the Financial Ombudsman of the Republic of Cyprus and seek mediation for possible compensation. confirm that I am authorized to use the credit/debit card/s listed below and I confirm that I made all the following deposits to my Trading Account and that I received the services purchased through these transactions as intended (Which is not true).
