30% trading is gambling.

yes, this is the main difficulty of trading, It really needs to be very attentive to every signal. Learning how to trade is a hard work, that's why not everyone atchieve success.

If we will remain careful while doing our trades then a time will come when our trading will be good and also become successful :)

Agree. There is no secret that almost every professional field works that way. except maybe creativity. 20% of specialists get success but another main and bigger part is outside. A lot of benefits and profit are not for everyone. Unfortunetly. Mad mad world

In my opinion trading becomes gambling when you lose the touch with the market and understanding of its moving. When you panic and do not know what you are doing there is a lot like casino, red or black or if you lucky zero. If you keep strategy and final target in mind there is more than 30% that gambling will not be your story
Indeed, panic and fear of losses can turn a trader into gambler (hoping to recover those losses). That is why I always recommend trading smaller lots so whichever loss you suffer won't affect your account. With a good strategy you can build up your account long term.

I guess the percentage of gambling is even more than just 30%. As there are many traders that lose money so this percentage is very high. If 95% traders are losers then almost all of them are trading in gambling style.

downtrend, I am just wondering where does this statistics about 95% of losers come from? Maybe it is not so bad eventually? Why not fifty/fifty ratio or at least Paretto's 80%/20% ? Is this just your your observation or data backed up by a representative sample?:D

I guess from the extreme profitability of other traders. Do you think where huge profits of other traders came from?

This data mostly comes from brokers, based on their client's performance.

Out of every 20 traders, there is hardly only one which is earning somewhat from forex. Others are just repeating the same cycle deposit, hope, trade with high lot, pray for safety, eventually get margin call...repeat.

It is a fact that most of the traders are not able to make a good income from this business. But they also know that trading is not going to be an easy task for them and it will need years of practice :p

All the time high risks are not dangerous , we take bold decisions if market is in favor so we can win high amount any time. You have to wait for suitable time to take high risk . I think 30% risk is much you should avoid this.
