Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

hi
i promise u to tell i received my money or not . the answer is dissappointing no .these forexyard scammers did not want to give money. when u want to open account they will say we have a very good promotion if u put $100 we also put the same amount. whev u make profit u can take profit as well as your $100.it look attractive but the truth is bitter. you are not making money for yourself only for them because they will not allow you to take your profit as well as the money you put to strart trading. if u put money with them forget that money because you will never get it back .every time u chat they ask u same questions make u crazy.please it a request to you don't ever put your hardearned money with these peoples.i make a mistake but plese u don't.i am still trying to get my money back .next time tell u i get it or not

To make a living from Forex trading, you need a reliable trading platform that is easy and convenient to use and offers the same tight spreads to large and small players alike. You also want a system that offers the ability to test your trading approach before committing real money.

To make a lengthy story short...
Tuesday,21 of August I opened up a forex traders account(SuperMini) with a company by the name FOREXYARD.COM.
Something I today certainly regret ...After some suspicious readings I started to "clock" them and ran 3 traders accounts simultaneously while trading as I have earlier been pretty puzzled over a few things regarding the occasional timing versus movements of the chart indicators and the "data-feed" FOREXYARD provide for their clients.Cant say I was surprised to find that the feedings & readings simply didnt "match" and the synchronicity was a joke...There is no question in my mind that these folks is simply making a living on stealing other peoples money by introducing the necessary oscillations in your quotes to help you lose so they can pocket your balance...

Today I have gained more experience and knowledge and do realize that virtually all forex brokers are bucketshops. They don't really buy or sell the currencies for you when you place orders.
They just keep your money, and simulate trades (bucketing), since most
traders lose money, they make every dollar their clients lose.

I showed my "readings" to some of my friends that also enjoy the world
of trading whom suggested that I send my screenshot-chart-signature-material in its entirety to the NFA or another larger investigating body for a comment but I thought I would first post my experience on the FPA wich seems to be a good place to start with.

I was thinking , couldnt a forex chart signature from that very day and minutes perhaps be seen as a "historic fingerprint and evidence" when compared with true market activity?

18th of April 2008 I lost 600 dollars on their methods and decided after a large number of letters to them without any results or refunds of any kind to withdraw my remaining 324.99 USD wich I did on 29th of December 2008(see copy below).
Until this very day I have still neither heard from them or received my withdrawal...
I have read at other forums about other peoples unability to get their own money back after withdrawals from FOREXYARD.COM so ,again, Im not surprised...

Despite many things , I do enjoy forex trading and the "gambling
factor" thats involved in it.
Nevertheless I have worked hard for my money and it doesnt exactly make
you happy to see your hard earned money get stolen by these unscrupulous
figures.A loss is a loss and its something I would certainly accept as
long as it happens in a fair and natural trading enviroment.
This was the way I felt as a beginner anyway..Today I know considerably better....

So what should I do? I certainly would like to get my money back, preferably the whole sum of 1000 USD...Shouldnt I be able to sue them ?

Thank you for your time...

It is just like nightmare to me still I am struggling to take my money back.

ForexYard is a good Criminal Breach of Trust Law candidates!

After reading all the earlier comments by members of FPA, and knowing similar case happening to my trading account a practise been
again and again too frequent, I have no doubt that I wont get back my money.

These are dishonest people running ForexYard! Sooner or Later some big
case will really out in the open. Their banking account in UK or anywhere in the
world would be confisticated. Being a NON regulated forex broker, the money in clients account will be gone! That's no doubt about it. Time will come.

So get your money out, run away from this unscruplous ForexYard!

I found this site a few weeks to late. I made a deposit of about 160usd, I am up to 475usd. SO I am in the process of withdrawing 300 bucks. They are very slow to answer emails.. I am starting to get pissed its been 8 days since my request. I contacted live support and the guy basically blew me off

Stay away from these people,or kiss your money goodbye, even if you are winning trades..................

I posted before about how the platform was always screwing up,and screwing me out of money, last night I made a profit finally, only to see my account wiped out this morning, here is an explanation from forexyardPlease wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Ashley'

Ashley: How can I help you today?

Robert: What happen to my account?

Ashley: what is your account number?

Robert: 22584

Ashley: and what is the issue?

Robert: Where did the money go?

Ashley: again, what money? please be more specific

Robert: My balance was over 1200 before the last two trades which closed at-288 and -30.58

Ashley: ok, so is your question about the two trades?

Robert: It's about what happen to the rest of the account?

Ashley: one moment

Ashley: you will receive an email shortly explaining the issue. basically the profits you made last night on the EUR/USD pair were invalid because there was a mistake with the platform and it presented a price that was not available in the market. also scalping was done. both invalidated the trades and we unfortunately had to take back the profits made

They took back $880 USD from my acct,in my earlier complaints about platform weird behaviour, which I lost money on,they said nothing wrong with platform, and I had made bad trades,....................DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.....................

Good platform

Good platform! I like them cause they have good dealers in French that speak about the market and know about what they talk about. It's better than others cause always people there – not just canned messages and canned e-mails and auto-responses – I hate that. So I like. But why so many have problem? Is this just fake reviews or real reviews?
