Just want to say, that they blocked my profit, but then returned it back, and I promised to post information here that everything was solved. So it is possible to make deal with them.

Ive been always had a problem in trading because of using bonus money...but decided to try 1000% bonus, will post here result and if necessary complaint, if no, then just post nothing.

I`ve made a profit 800$. I called the customer service and asked what happened, and they told me that they are serving, and I just need to be patient. Therefore while I wait and I hope, that I can withdraw profit in some days.

I have a trading account with superforex, I made a withdrawal request on 26/09/2019 and was approved, but this broker never process my withdrawal and its already over a month to date now, I contacted support, they can't even help the situation
