49,000,000 profit on IG

I had a .05 long position on the usd/chf and it skyrocketed to 9400.8000 putting the profits at over 49,000,000. I tried to close the trade several times but it said they couldn't full fill the order. I left it at that then they closed my trade at -9.00 at 16:47 pm on the Friday of July 10,2020..I took a picture wish I would've took more..can IG deny peoples request to close a trade? They said it was a tech error then they didn't send me the statement for that day..is there anything that can be done about this?

That's definitely an error. USD/CHF never was at that point (and will most probably never be). Dream on little dreamer.

It sounds like an error from their LP/pricing provider. I think if you;ll check your broker's TOS, they promise to correct those no matter what direction the trade goes. If you think this isn't fair, imagine owing them 49 million if you had been short on the trade instead of long.
