FPA Scam finding against
4SqA.com and Danny Wall

We the members of the Scam Investigations Committee of the Forex Peace Army have deliberated on all the evidence available to us and have reached a conclusion. It is our opinion that...

FPA member Vincam complained to the FPA in September of 2010 about problems he had been having getting back funds from a “guaranteed pool” run by Danny Wall of 4 Squared Analytics. Vincam reports that had been complaining to Danny for a number of weeks and either got excuses or no response.

FPA Investigator Tessa emailed Danny and got one response promising payment would be made by October 16th. That was Danny's only reply to email from the FPA. He did reply to Vincam a few more times. The excuses varied, and deadlines were ignored. A final deadline passed and Danny went silent. In the meantime, Danny Wall kept trying to raise money for other investments.

There is no such thing as a guaranteed fund in forex. All managed forex accounts have the potential to lose money. Anyone who says otherwise is either misinformed or a scammer.

Failure to return money legitimately owed to traders is the FPA's first definition of scam. In this case, Danny Wall accepted funds from a trader and offered a guarantee that those funds would make profit and would be returned. Danny Wall then failed to abide by his own promises of return dates.

Under these circumstances, 4SqA.com and Danny Wall has forced us to issue a scam finding. We offer Danny Wall and 4 Squared Analytics the opportunity to have this scam finding lifted by meeting these requirements. First, the company must return all client money within 7 days of any clients requesy. Second, all future “guarantees” must be verified to be in compliance with CFTC and SEC regulations.

4SqA.com and Danny Wall are hereby blacklisted by the Forex Peace Army. We urge traders not to do business with this company or with any company or website related to Danny Wall.. We know of 2 other websites he uses. Those are TradingStrategiesMag.com and DannyWall.com. For those who have placed money with him, we recommend that you attempt to withdraw all funds as quickly as possible. If you encounter any trouble with this, we recommend you file fraud complaints with the proper authorities. We recommend contacting the CFTC, the SEC, and the NFA for a start..

We wish thank FPA Investigator Tessa for her efforts on this case. We extend our regrets to FPA member Vincam as well as all the other clients of 4SqA and Danny Wall who have reported similar issues.
