A rep from the FCA also contacted 4xbankers and Jason was deliberately not in the office. So 4xBankers is playing a bit of truancy and avoidance. Please do not deposit any more money to them. Thank you I am in the uk which does not have to be a secret. Winchargeback on their website will only handle accounts over £15000 (or euros) of that amount so I dont qualify for help. I have no intention of depositing anymore funds. You are doing good work but these guys are offshore st Grenadiers i think. Will be difficult to pin them down . Keep in touch.

Thank you for the reply. I had a chat with a gentleman from the FCA. He advised me that on the back of your bank card there is a local telephone number. Please call the number and speak with the consultant and let them know that you have been scammed by a Forex trading company and you deposited XXX funds into their website. Tell the person that you require a "chargeback form" as you like to have this reversed. I am trying this process with my local bank and will let you know how it goes.

That option of the company that uses the charge back does also provide the service at $850 which is quite expensive for me right now as my bank is completed depleted.
