For how long have u been blocked and how many times have u contacted them?
Do this broker offers telephone dealing????
If yes,ask them to close your position(s) or you can tell them to add stoploss at the minimum possible pending the time they'll unblock you.

Once this is resolve,it would be advisable to make the full withdrawal of your total equity and do extensive research on another broker before you open account with them.

Now I am working at this company. It is easy to withdraw fnds but It costs 30$.
