Problem AAFX not returning my funds

On the 10th October I requested to withdraw my funds (See attached file)

No funds have been received. AAFX approved the withdraw but have stated that the funds are with the bank.

I have sent them proof of my bank statements that the 2000 usd has still not come through (please note that the attached files are in ZAR and show incoming for month is way under 2000 USD.

I keep sending emails and leaving messages and they never get back to me.

Its just not fair that they can steal my money. Is there any way to recover my funds. Please help

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Hi All

AAFX ignore all my emails. Their customer support refuse to look at this thread. They do not
answer my calls. They have stolen my money and refuse to give it back.

I have given AAFX an option to defend themselves but they refuse.

The credit card company declined based on it being too long for them to issue refund.
