ForexMart won’t process my withdrawal

I made a deposit of 8054$ through BTC on the 5/2/20
I decided to withdraw my money 7911$ through BTC on the 25/3/20 from my account: 58037429

it is over 6 days and almost a week and yet they have refused to process it. Anytime I contact support they apologize for delay and promise to get in touch with their finance department and have it sorted the following day but nothing happens at the end of the following day.... SCAM!!!

Can you share the latest reply you have received from them regarding your withdrawl via email?
 
I request for a call back on their website live support chat on 30/03/20 after working hours and I was called with a fake/spoofed number from their support agent named Natalia. I have attached a screenshot of the number. we talked for 12mins and I was promised to get a response today from their finance department


Also I have attached a screenshot of the mail I last received from them after the call... promising again to get back to me first thing when the working day 31/3/20 begins.

But like always...the working hours of the day 31/03/20 will soon be over and yet no response.

How you are so sure about the fake number and what she said in regarding your issue?

Anything regarding why its got delayed?
 
I simply googled the number as most UK number is registered to a person.... the search result showed that it is a spoofed number from North England...

All she said about the transaction delay is that:
it might be covid19; because their finance team might be under staffed.

the second reason she gave was that the company has the right to delay a transaction for an additional day or two to investigate it properly.

lastly she gave promises that I will get a response about the transaction the following day 31/3/20.

It is past working hours of 31/03/20 and yet no response about the transaction as she promised.
 
It is yet another day. Today makes it one week!
And still no reply or response from the finance department as to why their is a delay.

And it is obvious that there is a bridge in communication between their support and finance department. I have attached a screenshot proof of the live chat I had with their support today 1/4/20 telling me that support has not received a response (in over 2 days) from finance department about my issue.

They have credited me my money into my bitcoin wallet. The withdrawal took exactly 1 week!!!
But the thing is; I requested for a withdrawal of 7910$ but I was credited BTC valued at 7467$ as at the time when they sent the payment. Meaning that I am still owed a couple of dollars!!!

I have written back to support about it so fingers crossed... hopefully I will get the balance.
I have attached a screenshot of the withdrawal request approval and a screenshot of the amount receive as proof.

Oooh another 1 week again, I finally got a reply which I have attached...

Apparently they won’t be completing the payment because according to them; they used the exchange rate on the day I requested to process a payment that was done not even a day after but a week after... (we are talking about BTC payment that is meant to be instant)

In my opinion This company is a scam they’d do everything possible and pull all kinds of tricks to cheat and I was cheated on. I was lucky I got back part of my money.
