Hi FPA!
I was etoro client since 2018. I had multiple issues with them before, which resulted in loss of $10k, but I didn't bother much. They paid me some peanuts compensation. I let them have it as for me it was a learning experience. The company has crossed the line now, I want to bring justice to this case.
On 21st April eToro has closed the market for 30 min when I wanted to close the position, this has been reported to etoro and they still haven't provided any response yet.
I received a call from my account manager in 1.5 days, he promised to come back to me with a solution, now he doesn't respond to my emails.

which is different from the actual graph below from Yahoo.
result: etoro halted the trading and provided misled information. I didn't take any action on the position, I requested etoro to award me price 63.5 and return me the balance.
Nothing was done, still receiving emails saying we've passed this to relevant dept. Thanks for the patience.
2. On 10th May and 11th May eToro liquidated my account saying that it falls below the credit line. I requested a call back from the account manager who ensured me over the phone a week earlier that the will never liquidate the account without prior notice. I asked for an explanation, he failed to explain. I urged to return my account with full funds as they must be there. I promised to sue them.
Account balance prior to the case: 15,000 $.
Now: 0$
I've lost all my hair since then. I'm trying to get a decent lawyer on this case. Anyone can advise?
