Is there any such thing as an on-line bounty hunter who would work for a percentage of the money returned. Maybe a business opportunity...

Try asking WinChargeback.com. They seem pretty good with card chargebacks and can sometimes get bank wires reversed too.

I have logged a case with the ISA today, does anyone one have the Australian, Maltese and US securities/financial watchdogs address to file reports?

Austrailia has both ASIC and ACORN.

USA - CFTC.gov and IC3.gov.

Malta - good question. Check the stickied post about complaining to regulators and see if they are listed.

I've spoken to Wincharge back and they are gonna help hopefully with my case after they were referred to me on FPA. Tobe honest wires aren't aren't easiest to get back from my experience with the banks banks but I'm hoping for the best. Just waiting for my case at wincharge.
