I have received the deposit refund of 259$ ( after weeks of struggle which is documented in this forum). However, I am yet to receive any sort of explanation for discrepancy in the SEBI registered address and OctaFX representatives denying any local presence in India.

Do you still intend to trade with this company? Why do you still wish to do business with a company that chooses to deal with their clients this way?

My original issue regarding my withdrawal is resolved however the second problem which basically could be misrepresentation to straight out fraud, is yet to be resolved.

No, i do not wish to to continue doing business with them, however, these guys run a very aggressive marketing campaign in my country. and they pull in naive traders everyday. i found this forum helpful so i might as well get all the fishy questions answered here by octFX
