ABANDONED: Pepperstone closed my order without any consumer consent

I have account on Pepperstone, my margin still at 400%+ and available margin still at 4000 EUR, yet pepperstone closed my spotcrude (buy) order without my consent. I dont know if broker can close our order if our margin still that high?

i'm stressed out by this action done by pepperstone and cry because of the loss realization forced by the pepperstone broker.

Did you contact the broker regarding the same, if yes then what reply you have received from them?

Did you reach out to their customer support team or receive any update? I've actually seen another complaint about Pepperstone recently, they are starting to seem suspicious.
