Abandoned: Withdrawals not processed by Justforex.com

I have beein using Justforex.com for more than 2 years now. They always had minor issues with deposit and withdrawal processing, but usually they would fix that. For the past month serious issues started occurring and the support service seems unwilling to resolve them.
Their clients site announces withdrawals are processed within 1-2 hours, their clients agreement stipulates that if you do not get your money within 7 business, the support service will assist you in gettin your money. Usually they would process their withdrawals for 3 to 6 business days.
"5.3.21 If the funds withdrawn from Client’s account have not been received by the Client within the period exceeding 7 (seven) business days after the withdrawal request has been processed by the Company (i.e. the status request marked as “Completed”), the Client has the right to request the Company to make a payment search. "
Despite their own terms, when my withdrawals did not arrive on the 7, 8 - th etc day, they started providing different stories:

They claimed other payment system was processing the withdrawal and that the delay was its problem.
In my account I never did select Rave or were notified that it will be processing the withdrawals. All of my withdrawals notifications indicated Sorexpay.

Today on 21.05.2020 I still am missing more than 700 USD in withdrawals for the past month (from 30.04.2020 to 19.05.2020). The support I get now gets already funny:

There is nothing about withdrawals from May 2020 in my April bank statement. The bank statement you have, covers 1.05.2020 to 20.05.2020. At best I will provide a statement for the period 30.04.2020 - 20.05.2020.

Of course I gave them bank statement for March, April, May etc. and of course this not lead to the funds arriving to my account.
We got to the child stories where the support service tells everday that you will get the money tommorrow:

The past weeks they also did another worrisome thing. They are famed for the unregulated leverage of up to 1:3000, which is very, very risky, but for risk seekers like me, this would be the major factor to chose that broker. Well once you have chosen a broker for a leverage of 1:3000, you would not expected to be notified 6 hours before weekend closing that leverage goes for 1:200 for the weekend and the first two hours of the next week. You also would not expect that this would continue for more than 12 hours. You would not expected that the support will claim that if your margin requirement changes from 60 USD to 230 USD, they do not see a problem.

Now, I am not a kid. I know I will never see my money. But since this is my one and only such experience with a forex broker, I believe it is important to warn other users. Most certainly they do not do this to everybody or always. I believe they are either going insolvent, or have a policy towards small random cheats to their profit.
Anyhow the circumstances listed above would definitely amount to my understanding of scam.

Actually my search of their office there so far has demonstrated that... They are not seated even there. Hah.

Well this was the first failed withdrawal (not receiving the money) and I did leave them of course. But I will keep the profile active for a few more weeks to paste more evidence, possibly in the forum's court. Apart from that I have found some of their support offices, which are seated in the EU, and I intend to notify the respective official authorities.

But it is rather an exception to the rules. Our Financial Department has processed all your withdrawals within two hours. Moreover, we have provided you with all the necessary ARN codes. To find your withdrawals, you have to go with these codes to your bank and contact specialists who can process ARN codes. Please do not contact your bank's online support service or bank tellers, as they are not trained to handle such requests and will not be able to help you. Such a request must be made in person, so do not try to send an email or contact your bank online.

Also, we would like to note that all your requests were processed and we always reply whenever you contact us via email or via chat. Some information was distorted into your favor. You have left only part of conversation and have hidden usage of obscene language towards support agent. Besides we want to draw your attention that support agents have no access to customer's sensitive information as well as payment details.

The bank contact in person claims that there are no payments made to my bank at all with the respective ARN codes. I will have soon an official letter with their signature and stamp to post here, for the sake of truth.
You cannot claim to be a serious broker if you offer ARN codes instead of withdrawal processing. Considering other report of withdrawals not being processed by your company I would claim this is no longer an exception for you.
Your claim for obscene language in my communication with your support service in May 2020 is false, I have made no editions to the support chat, apart from hiding my identity, and I have not been obscene. You do reply every time you are contacted that is true. The posted chat service aims to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of your support service.
The margin requirement increase persisted well beyound the weekend.
Even know your comments are entirely obsolete. I still do not have my money to my bank account, you claim that correction of wrong margin requirement outside the weekend time frame normally will take 5 days. You do not post any evidence to support your thesis (if you have such). My charges that my withdrawals from 30.04.2020, 01.05.2020, 04.05.2020 and later are not processed, remain. My charges that you are unable to guarantee safe processing of ALL money transfers remain (and this is equivalent to being scam).
My charges remain that your margin requirement for 0.9 lots on 18.05.2020 6:00 AM at a leverage of 1:2000 is not 234 USD, and this is wrong margin calculation and it is not during the weekend when this occurred.
My charges also remain that your support is not effective and you are not capable to resolve issues timely.
