In all my time spent with ACM, I have not problems with them. A very good broker and market leader.

I went with ACM because of their reputation over the years as being the FX specialist. I am still with them because the statement seems correct!

I find this all amusing. People invested large amounts of money in an unregulated deal with the promise of large returns and when they lose their money they do not know what to do or think.

What did you expect was going to happen?

Now as for who is at fault, lets look at the situation logically.

As for ACM, the question is whether they are honest or dishonest. What we know is that the Swiss had enough probable cause to conduct a raid. Now is the forex business good enough to produce the income to pay for the lifestyle that the owners of ACM enjoy? Google them and see for yourself.

Now is Mexbank honest or dishonest? Well, they have not been charged or raided. That is a point in their favor. Did non-Mexbank investors lose money with ACM? If so that tends to reflect negatively on ACM and not Mexbank. Another thing is if mexbank were dishonest, why wouldn't they just use the ACM deal to cover their dishonesty?

But then Mexbank has not published important data. So why haven't they?
