Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
No wire

I had funds begin trading after the November losses. They were not effected by the so called ACM manipulation. I requested those funds and they were supposed to come in April. It is now June and they have not been sent. I am given excuses that cannot be verified. From what I know, Mexbank is still allowing funds to come in, but won't send funds out. I will keep you updated as to whether I get my funds. Be aware!

ACM is the best,
put your money to the test,
if you loose it, oh too bad,
if you win, we'll break your head!

dear Katalin,
or whatever your real name is, since you seem to know everything about acm, can you please tell us what happened to those renegade employees that got cought spamming this and other forums with fake customer reviews?
their destiny interests us as much as FINMA's take on ACM!

Hello Ramka, I not here for visciousness and negative atitudes, I do not like whow you are behave. I do you nothing wrong and you talk to me in this bad sounding way, I do not likeit, last time I stop going on post because it all become to negative and viscious. If you inteligent enough you will get in contact with broker yourself and ask theis questions, and not on the forum, what you expecing to get? Or even better you contact the FINMA, then you know you get answers. Do little reserch and you will find much information on any broker you want, it is not hard to do this.

I have recently opened an account with ac-markets and I am very happy, the most important thing to me is execution and slippage. Execution is very good and slippage almost non existent compared to my still active 1st account with very large reputable US broker.

Yes slippage has been reduced to almost nothing. exited to have a go on their version of MT4 which apparently will be here soon.

Concerns

We are all hoping that what Mexbank is telling us is true, but I highly doubt it. Everything seems to be extremely fishy. Nothing that we are being told can be verified. I deposited funds to begin trading in December, not knowing that the November losses was going to happen. Although my funds were unaffected by the November losses, I cannot withdraw my money. I requested my funds back in April. Mexbank claims that there is a hold on my funds. I have had conversations with Juan Carlos Harris, Adolfo Noriega, and Jeffrey Steven Coffman and they all said that the hold on the funds would be lifted shortly. This was in May. Juan Carlos called me on July 14 with the same story, and I requested that he get me some information to verify Mexbank’s validity. He told me it would be no problem and he’d get me the information. As of yet, he has not gotten me any information. In August Clifton Oram, my financial advisor, called me with “good news.” He told me that he spoke with his contacts in Mexico and they again told him the hold would be lifted shortly. I asked him who his contacts were. Any guesses as to what his answer was? It was Adolfo and Gary Mccduff. Are these credible sources? It seems to me Mexbank is in trouble, possibly because they used my money for something other then foreign exchange, and therefore don’t have the money to send back to me. What other explanation is there? Those who did not get duped in November are getting duped now. Also, as of lately I cannot get Mexbank to respond to my e-mails. I have information that indicates that Mexbanks story is not entirely true. The ex-employee of ACM, who is supposedly helping Mexbank in the court case, says that there is no way Mexbank had more than $8 million in trading. I am pretty sure Mexbank had much more than $8 million of investors money. What is going on here is wrong. Peoples lives are getting ruined, even those who didn’t lose money in November. I am doing the best I can with what I have. I’m trying to help my Dad, who did loss in the November losses. My Dad was financially sound and retired but is now back to work because of this mess. Me, on the other hand, being a quadriplegic not to my own fault, receive a settlement to live off of my whole life. With the price of living and the way inflation works I knew I would need to invest that; which made me fall pray to this scam. I would just like some answers. I will keep everyone posted as to if my wire comes. If it does, it may give Mexbank some credibility. My e-mail is mr_right1983@hotmail.com. If I think my information will help me and my Dad get our money back I will share it.

Dear Wheelz, I am so sorry to be hear your story and your father story, this is not fair, this people should be punished for doing this with no morals or ethics, it is true, this kind of people ruin many, many lives, they do not care. I hope the legal people in the US find hard evidence and make them pay back you and all the others, and put them in prison, I wish you and your father "jó szerencse!", good luck! wheelz, after i read your story understand also why you have chosen your forum name...it is very nice.
