Well i don't get it. they popped the account over 100k then took their fee 19k, But why would they do something to lose client's money. They could have earned more. losing all that money won't do any good. 48k is a big amount to trade with.48000 pips in hands if you trade with a single trade.

sorry carol and Dan....i also suffered huge losses from thefxcharts.com - they did not keep stop lossses and wiped my 5k capital in under 6 weeks! Can anyone imagine and they still want to manage accounts as u will see on their website.
