We never received any email to go unanswered. We too have pending money with the broker and we are communicating with the broker to get our money back and the clients get their money back.

I realize that this continues to look like a lost cause but I have not received any response from ECN Alpha about the refunding of deposits, etc. They have not been responding to my emails since March. I have continued to periodically send them reminders of who I am and asking for updates. They, not surprisingly, have not responded regardless of their posted promise to. Has anyone else received any correspondence since May? If so please post the info. thx

One has to be really careful.... thinking that the first comments about them were positive... to then end like this... :O
