Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem ACTIVETRADES REMOVED MY PROFITS AFTER 8 MONTHS OF TRADING

I am having an issue with a company
'' I have been trading with ActivTrades for 8 years now'' NO....you have been working for ACTIVTRADES for 8 years :D:D:D:D:D
Yeah, dude. I personally deleted your profits and closed the account. You happy now? Seriously, what do you expect to happen if you bash a company on the internet? From your other posts, I see that you just hop around brokers and try to cheat. After they close your accounts, you post negative comments to “help and warn other users”. The truth is, that nobody cares about your pitiful existence. ActivTrades is a regulated company. File a complaint with the regulator, or hire a lawyer and sue them, or do both. If your complaints have grounds, you will get a compensation.

I've the same problem of Stefx. My account closed after 4 winning months and all profit cancelled.
It's just curious that 2-3 users arrived here in defense of ActivTrades just after the trader opened a scam folder.

Here is my complain: https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/comm...ver-is-to-be-scammed.72020/page-2#post-416507
Guys, because you are so adamant in defending your case, I have checked what clause of the Client Agreement you have breached and it is related to Latency Arbitrage and internet delays. Just admit that you are using Latency Arbitrage software offered by well known scammers like BFJ Trading Group

and Westernpips

The brokers have clauses to protect themselves against such unfair practices. Don't pretend that you don't know what you did, because in an ideal and fair world, you would be in jail for theft! I have neither time nor desire to continue this discussion so this is my last post! Good luck in your endeavors!

AGAIN...ACTIVETRADES PLEASE....JOIN HERE AND ANSWER ME NOT THROUGH YOUR UNDER PAID EMPLOYEES (THAT YOU ALSO USE TO LEAVE FAKE POSITIVE FEEDBACK)

.I know MITTI and she has the same problem that i've (feel free to ask her also the statement, you will see that the account number (and the ownership) is not the same of mine)
From what I understand we've seen the company's defenders comment on this issue already. Yuck!
What worries me, these guys really don't mind if you file a complaint with regulator which probably means they either don't care or simply know you can't win the case.
In any case, you've got to fight for your rights and money! Filing a complaint with FCA I guess is the best plan so far but better coordinate your actions with Mitti and with D4NY76. BTW is there a chance you know D4NY76 in person too?

In case you trading activity was similar to a great extent (i.e you've used the same EA on your accounts) - better NOT file the two/three complaints simultaneously. Regulators are not that loyal to people with differnt names that have the same trading history as they always tend to suspect some abuse taking place. In case the three trading histories are all different - go ahead and file all the complaints separately.
Market really is flooded with trading bots that differerent people could purchase and run simultaneously but this doesn't give anyone the right to take away the profits that you've generated. Can you share the trading history that you said you've managed to save? You told me you will and it might help us to give you more ideas.

Sounds like you tried to cheat the broker and you failed. I have an account with them and had no problems so far - hope I would not have in the future as well :D
Anyway, before opening an account read the terms and conditions - most CFD brokers don't like to be scammed and do not allow arbitrage trading.
Please post proof of your account and your success with this broker. It's easy to show up in the thread and claim anything you want. Your profile clearly says that you work and spam for ActiveTrades therefore it's very difficult to believe anything you say without proof to back up your claims!

I am not an ActivTrades trader but I know exactly what these people are doing. They are using one of several so called latency arbitrage softwares. The most popular is Westernpips, the company hosts such a range of tools to steal from brokers that they even made a webclicker to mask trading via EA :

m.westernpips.com/Web_Clicker.html

This is not an HFT system or an EA at all. It is a latency arbitrage that they admit openly even on their youtube channel. What they do is compare price feeds until they find a broker has due to connectivity a slower change of quotes to the LP feed.

Then they storm a broker with connectivity issues until they rip them off.

The issue with this is that these so called profitable trades that might appear on MT traders terminal are not present on the Margin Account of the Liquidity provider often, and if they are, Liquidity providers will often reverse these trades on the broker causing a total loss for the broker.

Now, note these guys aren't posting their trading history. This is because you will see thousands of trades most of which exited for profiting with 5-10 seconds and a return of 2000-3000% within a month. I believe people that are real traders are reasonable enough to know this is impossible when trading legitimately. The best hedge fund in the world makes 50-60% returns a year, read - Renaissance Technologies.

Make no mistake, what these people are doing if theft and it is the same as trying to go in a casino and cheat the slot machine with external tools that make you win always.

The reason the ActiveTrades employee said to go to the FCA is, because the FCA are no fools and they will threat this as fraud.

Here an extract of my statement (that its very long). Obvisuly I've removed some details (name/account number). The account was '' HEDGING'' but was changed to ''NETTING'' from them after profits removal (i don't know why). What is so courious is that there a lot of users that before now (when i've published the statement) supposed to know what was the strategy used o_Oo_Oo_Oo_O.
AFTER 8 MONTHS OF MY FIRST TRADE IN THE FIRST ACCOUNT THEY HAVE REMOVED ALL PROFITS
Now i'm doing a claim with regulator..
Please Activtrades...answer me here not through your under paid employees (that you also use to leave fake positive feedback)

Thanks for sharing the part of the statement! I wish I could see all of it (a matter of a personal interest).
From what I see the last successful withdrawal happened November 4. Would that be correct to assume that until the end of November all was fine and you've been withrawing your profits safely?
Did you withdraw more than you've deposited with Activetrades overall and that's when the trouble happened?

I've withdrawn more times (3-4 times) but only deposit...when i was near to withdrawal profit...they remove all!

What a pity to hear! So that probably means that brokers don't really care what trading methods you use until profits accumulate?
That's so UNFAIR! If they let you execute these trades and don't turn trading orders down immediately, why later come back and revise the trading results!?
Looks like you've been through lots of troubles with various brokers. Can you give some kind of advice on the criteria that you use for picking the potentially suitable brokers that won't cancel the generated profits regardless of the trading style you've used?
