Admiral Markets automatically opens Opposite position because of low free margin

Hi,

30150230

It is the old issue: 2019 July 12 th.
Log files indicates hedge. But MT5 mobile does not have any option to choose hedge, which closes one position and opens opposite.

Regards

Thank you for the information.
Could you also clarify the order number, please.

Here it is.
My name fluctuate.

We apologize for this incident.
Unfortunately, this happened due to a technical error, which has been already fixed.
We sincerely respect you and your name and did not mean to offend you.

But maybe the broker could re-word the alert text differently. Just alert that the margin level is below xxx% and advise the trader to check their open positions. Not necessarily provide specific trading advice (open/close trades). @AdmiralMarkets what do you think of this?

This notice is precautionary.
Thank you for your suggestion, we will definitely consider it.

Kind regards,
Admiral Markets

„Please close your trades” It does not looks like friendly advise.
It is more like a command.

If you add this: „it is just an advice, you can ignore it.” Then it would be ok

Here it is. Two files has been attached.

Hello, dear Artūras .

We checked the information you provided.
You had an open "buy" position but free margin was not enough to increase the volume.
Then the Sell Order was placed from your device.
Since bargains are multidirectional, additional margin is not charged and the order was successfully placed.
Unfortunately, we cannot recognize any technical error, the platform worked correctly.

Kind regards,
Admiral Markets

I felt like it was some sort of glitch, but I was not making a video of course.
I can not proove that I am 100% correct.
Thank you anyway.
I hope this will not influence our further cooperation as user and broker.

I dont think it was misunderstanding.
Lets everybody decide by themselves choosing one of three:
1) My error
2) System error
3) Broker error

It this will continue, we will know the answer.
For now we can close.
