Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Just thinking whether I should try Alpari after reading this thread.
Did you get your money back or not? So your suspicion of a scam was correct. So they did stuff up profitable trades.

Not yet. They are still denying.

And here's the latest case - NFA files new complaint! <View details from Source: http://forexmagnates.com/nfa-files-another-complaint-against-alpari-us-business-may-no-longer-make-economic-sense/#comments>

Reporting all trades daily?!? - I can see why some brokers are bailing from the US.

Really? Is Alpari questionable too??

Hello people, I am so not feeling well about this case. Alpari! you are my favourite broker for God's only sake!! How could you have handled this case with so much disdain?
No matter how obnoxious a customer sounds while requesting for explanations, you 'Alpari' shouldn't have picked a fight with him/her, even if he is/was wrong.
That is totally unprofessional!
This is a simple case that could've been resolved via few exchange of mails. I don't want to believe that the Alpari Company is arrogant yet. What is wrong in patiently asking your customer guided questions that will lead to him discovering his own mistake if indeed the mistake was his.
Though in this case, I'm putting the blame on email/system glitch or irregularities somewhere in email delivery.
Simply telling your client "sorry, it's like all your statements didn't arrive", wouldn't have hurt your company's pride, but rather reaffirm your commitment to your clients, which definitely will boost the complainant's confidence, unless of cause there is something you've got to hide.

Meanwhile, I have got a big question for you guys, my fellow esteemed traders; have anyone seen or witnessed where loosing/lost trades are cancelled due to breach in trading agreements? I'd love to see that happen!!
