Greetings!
As our numbers are growing and we are being required by MAS to tighten up our compliance procedures, we need your full cooperation to please bear with our company rules.
· DEPOSITS/TOP-UP

All deposits/top-up requests should be submitted through your online account with AUREUS (My Accounts->Top Up). Proof of transaction must be submitted for our further verification to avoid delays in trading your additional funds.
Our cut-off time for deposits is 4:00pm (GMT+8) Monday - Friday. Deposits not meeting the cut-off time will be automatically processed on the next business day.
Kindly take note that we will no longer accept deposits from third parties, as to comply with anti-money laundering regulations in Singapore. The name originating on the funds being deposited to AUREUS must match your own name as on your AUREUS account.
· WITHDRAWALS

All withdrawal requests should be submitted through your online account with AUREUS (My Accounts->My Withdrawals). Withdrawal requests submitted via email will NOT be processed and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Kindly take note that withdrawal schedules were adjusted to Friday but cut off time is still 3:00pm (GMT+8) on Saturday. Withdrawals not meeting the cut off time will be processed on the next withdrawal schedule. (Withdrawal schedule is posted on your HOMEPAGE highlighted in YELLOW).
For your security, we can only allow you to setup a maximum of 2 bank accounts for your withdrawals. The first bank account should be the same as the bank you used when you deposited funds to your AUREUS account.
Further, withdrawals are usually processed the following Monday after the withdrawal schedule and can take up to 5-10 business days (or ealier) to be deposited on your account.
· TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Request for fund transfers is allowed between your main and sub accounts only. Transfers to third party accounts are not allowed.
· APPLICATION FORMS
All existing clients who have not yet done so, must submit their signed application forms to
support@aureuscapital.com.sg. Again, this only applies to clients who have not yet submitted their applications.
Failure to comply will result in your trading account being suspended until we receive your application. Deadline is on June 27, 2014.
