American's who used Banc De Binary and Court Settlement Disbursements

I am just wondering if anyone knows anything about the disbursements from the Banc De Binary Settlement. I know back in March a judge ruled that Banc De Binary is supposed to set up a Fair Fund. Americans are suppose to receive disbursements. I am wondering if any one knows when this is suppose to happen? Aside from all of the articles stating this information, I can not find any information on when this is to happen. I can find no updates from March. I just wondered if anyone may know any information. I appreciate any information you can offer.

Do you have any updates on similar disbursements to Australians?

I have filed disputes with all Australian based securities institutions as well as those bases in Cyprus however I have not yet heard back from them.

I haven't heard anything about that yet. I think your best bet would be to try to get hold of someone from ASIC on the phone.
