I am now declaring this issue to be mostly resolved. There are some final terms to the resolution being dealt with. When those are completed, I'll make an additional announcement.

EDIT: All progress towards resolving this issue ended when this company named the FPA as a co-defendant in a legal action about 3rd party posts.

The post was related to a post which was removed per a sealed court order. Because of that, the content has been removed. Whether or not the content of the post returns is up to the court.
