Dear Sirs,
On behalf of MEX Australia, we confirm that the contents of the Letter from our Solicitors, King Parret and Droste LLP, dated 17th August 2017 are misguided and the threats should never have been made and to this end these threats are hereby withdrawn and I confirm that materials at the FPA listed in response to the legal threat were factual and that each and every threatened charge was not valid and to this end we unreservedly apologize accordingly.

I'd like to ask for one small clarification. The PDF of the demand letter from Alan Droste shows 2 dates. August 14th, 2017 and August 18th, 2017. Can you please confirm that the apology applies to that letter?
