Another Withdrawal Problem From Avatrade

Man I wish I had listened to Forex Peace Army about Avatrade. David Berman, my account manager was responsive when I talked to him about bonuses, and such. When the question of withdrawal arose, (yes they asked me to declare that "I forfeit my bonus", and I did) there was no longer any response. I even sent an email to their feedback@avatrade.com email and nothing happened.

I'm starting to get worried here after seeing some of the other cases opened against them. Wondering if I have to start seeking help from you, or from contacting the Financial Services Ombudsman in Australia.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Problem was, Avatrade made it difficult to deposit my money with a debit card. I had to send in funds via Wire Transfer.

I don't know if I have to complain to ASIC about this. Such brokers do not deserve to trade in Australia.

So I have just received a response from David Berman saying that the bonus will be cancelled tomorrow. Hopefully the deposit will come back soon.

Update: Bonus has just been cancelled, so I have put through another withdrawal request. We will see if the money arrives in my account in 5 business days from now.

Update: Avatrade has probably made a withdrawal on 19/9/17 but the money has not yet arrived in my account as of today. However, an email sent yesterday that my withdrawal "could not be processed" is making me very concerned. I have sent through an email to the 3 email addresses, David Berman, feedback and customer @avatrade.com, but have not had a response.

I have just tried calling their Australian number but was always hung up on. Is my number blacklisted now, Avatrade?

I want to withdraw my money as well but i don't know how to dit and they don't even pickup my phone. How am I supposed to get my money back.
