Hi,
I was just wondering that if a trader could actually convert $10000 to over a billion in less than two months, then which one is the broker who will promptly pay?

You think DBFX will have its reputation on stake if they refused?
Does Societe generale of Paris offer direct trading facility?
Is it available with Merryl lynch?
Or CITI corp?

Any other broker or direct bank? How about Barx?

If a trader really had a method to do this (not bloody likely), I'd recommend setting up accounts at a number of well-rated brokerages, spreading the trades between the brokerages, and withdrawing profit frequently.

Of course, you would want to check each broker's trading terms very closely to make certain that your SuperUltraGuaranteedMethod doesn't violate those.

If someone is trying to sell you a method to do this, think about it carefully. If you had a way to turn $1 into only $1,000 (a much lower rate of return than turning $10,000 into $1,000,000,000) in 2 months, would you let anyone know about it?

It is a realistic approach and I am not buying a system from anywhere. My simple question is that is there any history of any broker paying such huge profit to a trader?

No there is no history displayed but there might be a chance about it.
