Wrong section again. General forex talk is in a non-commercial area. Has Anyone Heard Of? is a reasonable place to ask.
In general, it's VERY rude and inappropriate to ask about any company you don't have info on inside the Scam Alerts folder. Imagine if you owned a good forex company and someone asking what seemed like an innocent question forever tied your company's name to "Scam Alerts".
In the case of Opteck, there is two things you should remember:
1. They are hounding you. No good investment or broker should ever need to do this.
2. They are a binary options company. Read this:

You can also search the FPA site for mentions of Opteck. I see there are a few threads on them in the first few pages here in Scam Alerts.
