Are you addicted to trading?

It all depends on how you can take trading with your life.
We can manage time for trading and something else-based schedule.
Most in daily life like a round cycle, creating a schedule helps to split time for a different activity.

yes time management is very important in trading, emotional side of it tend to suck up traders, they start to watch charts endlessly, tracking PnL

Yes, all is right. In my opinion, it happens because there is something to worry about.
Especially when there is an open position hanging on the real account.
And first of all, this trader's job is to monitor the market all the time. In my opinion, this is a temporary phenomenon.
Many traders who have already made a decent amount of money do not behave that way.
The most interesting thing was that there was nothing else to do but to sit at the computer and look at charts, price movement and of course open a couple of orders! But as you say such a strange craving eventually disappeared.

I can't state that I am addicted to trading. It's more about love :D I am passionate about trading activity and suppose that this is one of the most useful and profitable acitivties in the internet.
However, at the same time I understand that not all the people are eager to trade like me. Some of the traders prefer to stay off this idea and I can relate them.

I can't state that I am addicted to trading. Probably it might be described as the passion =) During the whole life I tried to find ways to start trading, even at school I tried o trade various stuff for money. Then, I discovered trading activity with brokers and started to gain knowledge in this field because I knew that it is something that I am passionate about. This is how my journey into trading began.

These days, I can easily refuse trading just because I understand that the wise combination of work-relax hours is the best solution for full-time trader. I take 2-3 days off in a week and it's enough for me to restore.

It is good when we have passion, learn to trade because preparing for a future life with first learning, it will be worth when already mastering the business, just like a race driver, it is a dangerous profession, but because already mastering driving car and protect safely, the risk will be minimized.

Addiction is when an activity becomes the source of emotions, pleasant and negative, without getting that emotions you get depressed. A case in point is casino. Most people realise that the odds are against them, however this understanding is grossly insufficient to do away with this activity as people doesn't seek to get profit they seek for emotions.

Addiction often has a negative connotation, for example, drug addiction is bad, if someone trades has often appeared negative conditions, it is better to re-evaluate, such negative conditions are bankruptcy, and damaging household relations. Because not all traders can make a profit from trading.
