Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Does ASIC regulation cover me if I’m in Europe? I signed up with fpmarkets and see they have it but not sure. I want to trade with a broker where I’m protected – anyone?

Hey Buddy ... I am in Australia and am with FPMarkets and they are definitely covered under ASIC ... You are pretty much safe with any Australian Broker as our laws are pretty strict ... just stay away from those in Israel even if they say they are in the UK because man they are not ...

If the broker is regulated you are protected in a sense...I am not sure what regulation gives you though

Looks like people from Israel really wants to make it really possible anyway from all that **** going on. They try to put their name of every possible Forex regulation it seems however it seems they are not anyway. See my point ? I hope so.

The regulation is on the broker and is dependant on where they are located. You are fine as it is them that have to meet the requirements rather than you.

You should work with the ones who will allow you to do all needed situations for your needs and nothing less basically. That's how it's works anyway no matter what you do or says totally. How much should that matter lately. Are you with me here ?
