Any usable info on AstonForex is also welcome with me ! I have invested 4.000 € in Fenbruary, they realized profits (which was, <I have to admit, well done) of about 3.200 € in March.
Since end of March they have gone silent. I know they still exist though, because one of them called me after I faked to be a new client. As soon as they found out that I wanted to settle my account, they quickly abandoned by saying that they will ask my broker to call me asap. Of course nothing happened.
Does anybody know how I can get their operational address in London ? I might set up a demonstration in front of their doors...

This is far from anywhere so it's a good place to hide.

Once I thought they were in Belize Central America.
Then I searched James Don with google. I thought I found him
from Netherlands. Somebody here has also said that they would
operate from Israel.

Hi folks again

I got my first credit bank to cancel the first credit transaction (500$).
Today I mailed the complaint form etc also to the second bank and they
said the credit card transaction (300$) cancellation should take maybe
2 weeks. The argument for cancellations were delays with withdrawal
transactions. Aston Forex says in terms and conditions text that
withdrawal should take max. 5 days
I hope this goes now successfully and further problems (from Aston?)
won't appear.

Ah good - information regarding validity of chargebacks that works well with at least two issuing banks. This also shows the importance of getting and keeping evidence, both about your withdrawals and regarding the policies of your broker.

still a two week wait is better than waiting for something from your broker that you arnt sure about! thats good to hear
