hello dear avatrade, this is not threat but after all trying to get help since 13 august i am asking my own rights and money as i deposit over 500usd so my bounse is 250 usd and second i lost my money and you watching it going away!! with out trying to contact me!! so the simple thing that i am sure i deserve it is refund my account with the old amount i deposit plus 250 usd , and i am not accepting any other answer or sultion .
with all my respect i did mentioned this over and over and i knew this day will come and i warned my mr hmzi about that and told him i need help befor this may happen and all i got was ignoring me!! And gonna report a case in court in tow days after they respond like they are a bunch of local gang with out any respect for thire custmers or claints

after all the review i saw and reports i think i got scammed and not seeing my money back ,its same story they doing all over again, i saw my story with lot of traders all i wish now is getting som of my money back
after sending all ids and credt cards info during july they accepted me as lgel rader and the manger him self ( amar el nator) called me and welcomed me and promsied me 50% bounse once i deposit 500usd and when i did all my issues started as they start asking me to send more deailts and unknown or un understandable qustions and ids!! and i sent also but i think there is lake of connection with customers or maybe they just got disappointing becouse i didnt deposit so much money!! and starting 15/8/2014 they complete ignore me and i treid everything to get help with no luck and all i got was ignorance and fake promises form the manger and the disapered acount manger!!! and since i have nver got my bonus nor my money then at least its my right to get my money back no matter how low it is? am i wrong?

avafx aka avatrade simply scammed me and got me fooled all way since past july and i have a thread but as avatrade which is same as avafx
got ignored by manger after he him self aproved me then i got ignored after i made my deposit

Hello all

I'm still a newbie with the forex market.

I am currently short 2 x Cotton #2 at $76.15. The current price per contract is $73.15.

My broker Avatrade rolls over the contract from July (CTN7) to December (CTZ7) this weekend. The December contract is quoted at around $67. Is it true that they charge me almost $132 in swap fees?

When Monday comes around and the contract starts trading again, does this mean that Cotton #2 will be quoted at $67 and I will get my profits back?

I am here to tell you about situation which happens with my account ‎6416144 at 29/08/2017. I found that broker on Investing website and applied for an account two weeks ago and account been approved two days ago. I have been asking about my account verification process on live chat a few times and I was getting rude answer that it is pending and keep waiting you will get notification. finally my account been verified without any notification email ( I have asked live chat and they confirmed it). Finally I managed to deposit 10.000 usd and I have received bonus of 3000 Usd, it was pleasure to see 3000 usd more. So I have decided to make some profit on EUR/USD as you can see that price reached 1.2026 29/08/2017. So I expected huge correction on EUR/USD and I went short of 5 lots EUR/USD and in one hour price went up to 1.2064 and I double my position short 10 lots of EUR/USD and started counting profit from short 15 lots of EUR/USD in my mind . So I have decided to go for a fitness as I thought I placed the best trades of 15 lots of EUR/USD. After I finished my gym I checked my Avtrade account ‎6416144 and noticed that bonus of 3000 USD been removed without any notification email or call ( is that alright?). After I read terms and conditions of Avatrde bonus I wrote to support and customer service, asking about Why it has been removed without any notification? I started asking email if it's Avatrde strategy to remove bonus and make clients stop out when they not in front of their MT4? I wrote that Avatrde probably will reply to me that Avatrade suspects me of bonus manipulation? So I said to myself that I don't need that bonus I will make huge profit of 15 lots EUR/USD ( went short). After email that I sent, in 10 or 20 mins I checked my MT4 and was shocked, Avatrde closed my two orders of 5 lots and 10 lots of EUR/USD on sell and blocked my account again without any notification email or call.


So even now I could close my orders in profit (Current price 1.20120 Time 17.47 date 29.08.2017). So I start thinking that their risk management team is closing orders when they can see risk of loosing money from Avatrade bank account. Please bring anyone from Avatrde to give the answer and traders will judge themself.

My history with Avatrade is simply the worst experience i already had with trading companies, and i'm not exaggerating, that's why you test a broker before you make big investments.
On 12 of October of 2017 i made a deposit of 100€.
On 17 of November i made a withdrawal request of 233€, thats what i had on my account, 233€.
Avatrade told me, on 28 of November, to make a withdrawal request of 200% of my deposit (200€) and the rest of the money (33€) by another payment method without telling me to cancel or even talking about the bonus, i asked them by email how to add another payment method, they sent me a pdf to fill, again without talking about the bonus. On the same day, because i trusted them, i spent the 33€ on trades since would be not worth to withdraw with everything thats was involved and made a new withdrawal request of 200€.
After waiting 16 business days after my first withdrawal request and after 9 business days of the last withdrawal request, not 1 or 2 business days to start the process and up to 5 business days to complete the entire process! (go to http://www.avatrade.com/faq and check the question "How long does it take to withdraw funds?"), and after trying to talk to the support 8 or 9 times!, i finally made it!, because is my duty to go after a withdrawal and the company don't care about if it will be stuck by more 16 business days or forever, they simply can't send you an email telling you what is wrong with the withdrawal, or that they already processed the withdrawal if is that the case. Now someone from Avatrade asked me to cancel the bonus! This means i just lost 33€ for nothing and i have to subtract the bonus from my account!!!! great! now i have 166€ to withdraw and i'll have to wait more 15 business days for the support response if they do! Maybe i will need to make a new withdrawal request its more 15 business days! It will take a year!
They will stall this forever, stay away from Avatrade.

People needs to be aware of this type of scams, DO NOT EVER try this SCAM.
