    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Hi Guys.I would advise you to be careful before thinking to join Avatrade Platform.I tried to withdraw money from my account several times and Contacted their manager Lisa several times but she came back to me with all sort of excuses such is its not your account number.Then I forwarded her a letter with a number she sent to me in the past.She carried on with all sort of excuses.That was going back to the 1st of June.Then I was very busy for 5 months and I still did not hear anything from Lisa their manager.Since June they never contacted me, not even simple how are you? Do you consider to trade or Anything...Nothing.So now I am here as I want to get money I deposited back to my bank account.I did not even trade with them as i got so confused around their complicated platforms.All I want to get my money I deposited back....

Two steps that you must follow

1st - Invite them to join this thread via email (Send email to every possible address).

2nd - Invite him via skype or any communication address you have for him.

In order to withdrawal funds your account needs to be verified and a withdrawal form request with the correct account number needs to be submitted. In order to avoid withdrawing funds from an incorrect account should a client hold multiple accounts, AvaTrade must abide by strict rules.

AvaTrade will investigate this issue and get back to you ASAP!
 
Dearest I have submitted the details of my account twice to Lisa going back to June and still she never assisted me I don't even know who created 2 accounts there at the first place ;:
